Interior Designer & Trade Partner Terms
Between your studio and Renaissance ML LLC. One page, four clauses, for both ways of working with us.
Two paths: Specifier, and Trade Partner or Studio Fabricator
As a Specifier you source custom pieces through the 9,722 workshops of the Hiram Guild, across 7 crafts. As a Trade Partner you list pieces made in your own workroom or by your trusted bench in the Renaissance Trade Cabinet. These terms cover both.
Renaissance Pro Trade
$199 a month or $1,990 a year: nine-angle studio turnarounds, 3D models (GLB, USDZ, STL) and manufacturing briefs for your pieces, within a fair-use limit of 10 studio runs a day. Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
0% commission on direct clients; 15% trade specifier commission
No marketplace fee when you bring your own client or your own fabricator through your direct link. When you specify a Hiram Guild commission for a client, the 15% trade specifier commission is paid to you, the specifying interior designer, or, at your election, applied as a 15% net trade discount on your client's invoice.
50 / 50 commission deposits and lead times
A 50% deposit locks the workshop's bench slot and buys the materials. The 50% balance is due when you sign off the 4 completion photos, before white-glove shipping. Lead times are the workshop's own, in weeks, stated on the quote.
